Mockup for departmental review
Application form redesign
A reorganisation of the maintenance-grant application form into six guided steps, with refreshed visual identity. Behaviour and field set unchanged.
The maintenance grant application form is the most-used screen in the entire DPGS portal — every RWA and NGO that applies for park maintenance assistance touches it. This mockup proposes a re-organisation of that form into six clear stages, alongside a refreshed visual identity that aligns with the dignity expected of a Government of NCT of Delhi service. All field bindings, role permissions, and workflow rules are preserved.
